Welcome to Gateway Academy in Columbia, S.C. The importance of a quality early childhood program has been, and always will be, recognized as a priority. This year we have completed major renovations to our classrooms and common areas. We are very excited to show off our “new” building and materials!
Our school features 8 classrooms where children have ample space for learning centers, yet still maintain a cozy atmosphere. Our curriculum program, Creative Kaleidoscope of Learning, features Zoo-Phonics, Block Handwriting, Baby Signs, Math Their Way, Spanish, and monthly themes around which we plan our Art, Science and Sensory, and Literacy program. This helps create an environment that supports children’s natural desire and ability to learn.
Nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks are prepared by our wonderful cook. Meals and snacks are included in the weekly tuition fee.
We offer care and programs for children ages six weeks through twelve years and offer free transportation to area schools for children kindergarten – 5th grade.
