Welcome to Gateway Academy in Mauldin, SC! Mauldin, whose city motto is “Expect great things”, is the 4th fastest growing city in South Carolina and is home to numerous top-notch schools and businesses. Gateway Academy is among those schools. We are conveniently located off of
I-385, which makes for an easy commute from Simpsonville and the downtown area. Our classrooms cater to our center-based curriculum and offer a variety of activities to maximize a well-rounded and fun-filled day.
Our curriculum program, Creative Kaleidoscope of Learning, features Zoo-Phonics®, Math Their Way, Baby Signs®, Country and Culture, Spanish, and monthly themes around which we plan our Art, Science and Sensory, and Literature programming.
Nutritious breakfasts, lunches and afternoon snacks are provided each day. We offer care and programs for children ages six weeks through twelve years old and offer free transportation from Bethel, Bryson, Greenbriar, and Mauldin Elementary for children kindergarten - 5th grade. Included, at no cost, is a weekly soccer clinic for all school-age children. Our School-age program offers full time care during public school holidays and the summer.
The days are packed full of age-appropriate activities and field trips. We also offer a music program, a computer program, a nutrition/fitness program and a soccer program for extracurricular activities.
The pride and dedication that our teachers have in our center will shine through as you visit each classroom and witness the children being actively engaged. The displays of the children’s artwork will show you only a sampling of the hands-on activities that your child will participate in when you join our Gateway family. Monthly family events will allow you to network and spend time with the parents of your child’s new friends.
