Welcome to Gateway Academy in Wilmington, North Carolina. We are a 4 star school and maintain the high standards set by the North Carolina Division of Child Development. Our amazing school features 11 custom designed classrooms where children have ample space for learning centers, yet still can maintain a cozy atmosphere that feels like home.
Our curriculum program, Creative Kaleidoscope of Learning, features Zoo-Phonics®, Math Their Way, Baby Signs®, Country and Culture, Spanish and monthly themes around which we plan our Art, Science and Sensory, and Literature programming.
Throughout the year, we offer several opportunities for families to be involved in our school; community yard sales, ice cream socials, spaghetti dinners, parent night out and many other special events.
Nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are prepared by our wonderful cook. Meals and snacks are included in the weekly tuition fee.
We offer care and programs for children ages six weeks through twelve years old and offer free transportation from area schools for children kindergarten - 5th grade.
