Hello, and welcome to Gateway Academy-Ken Caryl. 
We are located just off C-470 and Ken Caryl Avenue, where every day we enjoy the beautiful view of the foothills!
Our amazing teachers are highly trained to provide the absolute best care and early education to your child. Our play-based preschool curriculum, Creative Kaleidoscope of Learning, features monthly themes around which we plan our daily activities. These daily activities include Focus on Phonics, Literacy, Math Connection, Baby Signs, Spanish, Art, Science and Sensory, and Fun with Fitness. Each classroom offers age and developmentally appropriate materials to inspire curiosity and exploration. The children who “graduate” from Gateway Academy are more than ready for Kindergarten and beyond.
During our before and after school program our School-Age children enjoy activities geared towards their interests as well as homework help and quiet time for reading as Jefferson County Schools ask that each child read for 20 minutes daily; this allows for more quality time with your child at home. We provide transportation to and from the following elementary schools:
- Coronado
- Ute Meadows
- Schaffer
- Bradford
- Powderhorn
During the summer our School-Age children participate in our summer camp-My Summer Rocks!-which includes a number of off-site field trips as well as awesome activities here at Gateway.
Our cook prepares a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack each day as part of your regular tuition.
