Welcome to Gateway Academy at Columbine in Littleton, Colorado. We are conveniently located at Pierce and Coalmine in Littleton. We have been at this location for ten years. We have several staff members who have been working at the center since the time the doors opened. We pride ourselves on our veteran staff. When you walk into our school you will experience our family atmosphere right away.
In each of our classrooms we have vision windows that allow for the natural light to come through and also provide additional safety.
Creative Kaleidoscope of Learning is our curriculum program which allows the classroom teacher the opportunity to use their creativity in designing their theme-based lesson plans. Children are offered a wide curriculum including; Zoo-Phonics, Math Their Way, Baby Signs, and Spanish. These programs, along with our themed curriculum, help develop the whole child.
We offer care and learning for children ages six weeks through twelve years old. We offer free transportation to the following elementary schools:

- Leawood Elementary
- Wilder Elementary
- Stoney Creek Elementary
- Columbine Hills Elementary
- Blue Heron Elementary
When your child comes back to the center after school, they have Homework Club. This time is offered Monday through Thursday. Jefferson and Littleton School Districts asks that each child spends 20 minutes daily reading so we have set up a quiet time for the reading to take place here at Gateway. This allows your child to spend quality time with you at home.
During the summer, we have a fantastic Summer Camp program where the children will ride the Gateway Bus and take field trips to many fun locations.
