Welcome to Gateway Academy McKee in Charlotte, N.C. Our curriculum program, Creative Kaleidoscope of Learning, features Zoo-Phonics®, Math Their Way, Baby Signs®, Country and Culture, Spanish, and monthly themes around which we plan our Art, Science and Sensory, Literature programming, Kindergarten Club and Fun With Fitness.
Nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are prepared by Mr. James, our wonderful cook and provided at no additional cost.
We offer care and educational programs for children ages six weeks through twelve years old. Our awesome Before and After School program includes homework help and provides free transportation from area schools for children kindergarten – 5th grade.
Transportation provided from the following schools:
- Indian Trail Elementary
We also offer Ms. Donna’s Dance school, Amazing Athletes, Soccer Shots, Mrs. Mandy’s music class, Karate class, and Tumble Bugs as extra-curricular activities. Your children’s participation in these programs will free up valuable “family time” for you at home.
Our preschool has several family events though out the year like summer fest, ice cream socials and parents night out. One of our favorite family events is Pasta Night when you can enjoy the company of other parents and savor the dinner that Mr. James has made. Our caroling party is another highly-anticipated event that we look forward to all year long!!!
