Welcome to Gateway Academy located in the Denver Tech Center, birthplace of cable television! The DTC area is home to over 6000 progressive businesses. Our amazing 8,000 square foot preschool features 10 custom-designed classrooms where children have ample space for learning yet still maintain a cozy atmosphere.

All our classrooms cater to our play-based curriculum, Creative Kaleidoscope of Learning. Our curriculum features monthly themes around which we plan daily activities that include Focus on Phonics, Math Connection, Baby Signs, Country and Culture, Spanish, Art, Science and Sensory, and Literature.

All classrooms provide individually based age-appropriate learning activities.  Our program includes an expansive infant and toddler setting, featuring three rooms specifically geared towards the different stages of infant development.  Our preschool program provides your child with the physical, cognitive, and social tools to excel in kindergarten and beyond.

We are a ‘hands-on’ learning environment where children experience fun while they learn.  Every spring we hatch our own chickens and insects.  Throughout the year we enjoy providing in-house field trips to extend the learning process in areas such as music, science, culture, etc…  As a means to ensure your child’s success, we provide developmental evaluations twice a year including conferences for preschoolers.  Written daily communication is also provided for your child.

To promote your child’s physical development, we provide a nutritional breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. We provide 60 minutes of exercise each day to complement our nutritional menu.

We offer care for children as young as 6 weeks through pre-kindergarten.  Additionally, we have an awesome before and after school program that includes free transportation to area schools for children attending kindergarten – 5th grade.
